Treatments

Swedish

Swedish massage is the most common type of massage. We use smooth, flowing movements to gently relax your muscles and reduce stress. 

 
Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage works deep into your muscles to relieve chronic tension and pain. This type of massage is best for anyone suffering with ongoing muscle pain and chronic headaches.

 

Sports

Sports massage incorporates sports-specific knowledge with deep tissue muscle manipulation to help you heal and improve your performance. We stretch and work into your muscles to improve circulation and muscle tone, and prepare you mentally to perform your best. This type of massage is best for anyone with sports-related injuries or issues.

 

Hot stone

We incorporate smooth, heated stones into our massage technique to warm your muscles and aid deep relaxation. This type of massage is best if you have trouble relaxing, as the heat of the stones works deep into the muscle. We do not recommend hot stones if you have particularly sensitive skin.

 

Prenatal

Prenatal massage greatly reduces stress and helps to relieve the aches and pains of pregnancy. Sarah has 25 years' experience as a midwife, and Kate is a trained doula. We will work closely with you and cater to your individual needs.

 

Chair massage

Chair massage focusses on your back and neck, using techniques from Swedish and deep tissue massage to give intense treatment in a short space of time. We use this for office and college groups as it can easily be done in public, since you remain clothed for the session.
